After the lock, we continue onto the great Danube, where the wide, open waters create a completely new atmosphere. Passing under the Vámosszabadi Bridge, we approach one of the most special highlights of the journey.

We arrive at the Bagaméri fish ladder – a unique hydraulic structure designed to allow fish to migrate naturally between different water levels. This quiet and hidden area is also rich in wildlife: herons, egrets, wild ducks, and other water birds are often seen here, while the untouched riverside vegetation and calm waters create a truly immersive natural setting.

During the tour, we make a relaxing stop where you can enjoy a selection of fine snacks on board, surrounded by the beauty of the river. Depending on the weather, you may also take a refreshing swim in the clean waters of the Danube.
